If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Standard Returns
    •    Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
    •    Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
    •    All original packaging must be included

To initiate a return, please contact us at Bosswareteam@gmail.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Customized & Embroidered Items (Important)

All customized products, including items with embroidery, are final sale and non-refundable.

To ensure satisfaction:
    •    Our team will communicate directly with each customer prior to embroidery
    •    A design preview/image will be provided for approval before production begins

Once approval is received and the item is customized, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Information
    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    •    Bossware™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
